"Participants produce an original musical piece that is designed to be played during the National TSA Conference opening or closing general sessions."

For the Connecticut State Conference, this competition entails creating a piece of music that is between one and three minutes in length and is composed according to the event regulations. There will be no semifinalist interview. Individuals or teams of up to five (1-5) may participate in this event.
