"Participants respond to an annual coding-related design challenge by developing a software program that will accurately address an onsite problem in a specified, limited amount of time."

For the Connecticut State Conference, this competition entails receiving a project outline and completing it in the allotted time on site. Teams must provide their own laptops and software. There will be no semifinalist LEAP interview. Either individuals or teams of two (1-2) can participate.
